Dr. Rob Darrow | LGBT History Professional Learning Facilitator
Dr. Rob Darrow is a lifelong Californian who works as an educational consultant in LGBTQ history, safe and inclusive schools, curriculum development, college and career planning, and digital learning. In addition, he works as Director of Research and Professional Learning with the Safe Schools Project Santa Cruz County and recently taught the online course titled “LGBT History in Schools” .
He has worked as an online school principal, adjunct professor, school librarian, and teacher in K-12 schools and has worked and consulted with people, schools, universities and organizations from pre-school to doctoral programs. His research interests include safe and inclusive environments for LGBTQ youth, LGBTQ history, blended and online learning, professional learning, college and career education, creating a social presence in online courses, and school libraries.

Ayah Wilson
Interim Program Director
Ayah has joined Our Family Coalition (OFC) as the Interim Programs Director. She brings with her a passion for systems, community building, strategic partnerships, and development in both public and private sectors. She is a problem solver who for the last 20 years has built programs and businesses from the ground up. She is a leader who has a passion for ensuring that underserved communities are not only seen but are able to flourish. She has worked on projects that tackle issues of food insecurity, obesity and holistic health and wellness as well as creating platforms that support educational funding through scholarships and practical experience through congressional internships and fellowships in Washington, DC.
Ayah holds a B.A in African American Studies with a concentration in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park and is currently completing her Masters of Business Administration at California State, East Bay. Originally from Columbia, Maryland, Ayah now lives in the East Bay with her wife and two children.

Erik Adamian | Director of Education
@ ONE Archives Foundation
Erik is the Director of Education at ONE Archives Foundation. In collaboration with educational organizations and teachers, Erik develops LGBTQ history programing and resources for K-12 students and teachers, such as professional development workshops for educators and a Youth Ambassadors for Queer History program. Erik has presented at the National Council for the Social Studies and the California Council for the Social Studies annual conferences, Teaching History Conference, Models of Pride, Queer History South and many more. He graduated from UCLA with a BA in English and Civic engagement, has previously worked as an educator at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Gay and Lesbian Armenian Society.
